Delivering Vegetarian Lunches at Whitby Hospital

At HFC, we are proactively trying to do our bit to appreciate the efforts of our frontline workers. On June 10, 2020, Dr. Raj Jagpal and Mr. Manish Sharma, Directors at Hindu Forum Canada, had the opportunity to individually pack and deliver hundreds of delicious Vegetarian Lunches to many local hospitals, including Whitby Hospital. This is just a small gesture of appreciation for our essential workers. Each meal costs about $7.00 and HFC has already donated thousands of individually packed meals and will continue to provide donations of free food and drinks to Healthcare Workers as long as this crisis persists. Your donation will help foster a positive attitude in our essential workers that, in turn, will create positive ripples throughout our community.
